This visit was made with a VIP dining week voucher from Curly, and seasonal pumpkin was the star ingredient of this course. Starting with an appetizer tart, the meal progresses to a pumpkin clam broth, our wheat focaccia, fresh cod dish, native wheat and millet pasta, and Guido risotto, all impressively highlighting the flavors of the ingredients. The duck steak, which was dry-aged for 30 days and then smoked, was particularly tender with a crispy skin. For dessert, a combination of gold kiwi gelato, Daebong fruit compote, and native mint syrup was served, along with a tart made from homegrown crops and a plum caramel to finish. Overall, despite the unusual combinations, everything was clean and not overwhelming, making it a place that left a strong sense of satisfaction throughout the meal.
