The grilled chicken kalguksu had a subtle smoky flavor and a light taste, while the samgyetang kalguksu had a rich broth reminiscent of traditional samgyetang. As sides, they served napa cabbage kimchi and young radish pickles, and it was also enjoyable to have mung bean pancakes and meat dumplings.
