Looking at the list, you’ll find spacious cafes alongside well-defined course meals. Desserts are often more enjoyable when they are paired with coffee, tea, or as a conclusion to a meal rather than being standalone items. Mer de Cour Gijang Branch

    46078 871-1 Gijanghaean-ro, Gijang-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan

"A large ocean-view café where the night sea vibe comes alive, Mer de Cour Gijang Branch" Mer de Cour Gijang Branch is a spacious café in Gijang with ample parking and convenient layout. The A and B buildings are connected on the upper floors, making it easy to move around despite the large space, and there were various seating options that made choosing a spot enjoyable. With four Blue Ribbons awarded, my expectations were high, and the menu was well-organized, making ordering easy. The open layout facing the sea created a great ocean-view café atmosphere, and at night, even though the sea wasn't clearly visible, the sound of the waves subtly brought the night sea vibe to life. We ordered an Americano, sweet potato latte, and tiramisu. The sweet potato latte was cozy and sweet, while the Americano had a rich flavor. The tiramisu was moist and creamy, pairing well with the coffee. I heard that there are more bakery options available during the day, so I would love to visit again on a sunny day.

    Piotto

    48115 219, Dalmaji-gil 117beon-gil, Haeundae-gu, Busan, South Korea, 2nd Floor, Room H

"A heartfelt meal crafted with seasonal pumpkin, Piotto" Piotto is a Michelin one-star fine dining restaurant located on Dalmaji Road in Haeundae, Busan, recognized in the Michelin Guide for two consecutive years. This visit was made with a VIP dining week voucher from Curly, and seasonal pumpkin was the star ingredient of this course. Starting with an appetizer tart, the meal progresses to a pumpkin clam broth, our wheat focaccia, fresh cod dish, native wheat and millet pasta, and Guido risotto, all impressively highlighting the flavors of the ingredients. The duck steak, which was dry-aged for 30 days and then smoked, was particularly tender with a crispy skin. For dessert, a combination of gold kiwi gelato, Daebong fruit compote, and native mint syrup was served, along with a tart made from homegrown crops and a plum caramel to finish. Overall, despite the unusual combinations, everything was clean and not overwhelming, making it a place that left a strong sense of satisfaction throughout the meal.

    WaveOn Coffee

    46037 286 Haemaji-ro, Jang-an-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan

"An ocean view cafe where you can enjoy the sea up close, WaveOn Coffee" WaveOn Coffee is an impressive cafe located right in front of the beach in Jang-an-eup, Gijang-gun. It has ample parking space, making it convenient to visit by car, and from the moment you step inside, the refreshing ocean view unfolds before you, creating a unique atmosphere. The indoor seating is spacious, but there are also various areas like the terrace and rooftop, allowing you to enjoy the ocean view from any spot. However, since it is quite a popular place, it tends to be bustling with people rather than having a relaxed vibe. There are also bean bag seats where you can comfortably linger for a while. I tried the iced cafe latte and orange marmalade, and the orange marmalade had a refreshing taste while the latte was better than expected. Overall, the space and scenery left a stronger impression than the drinks themselves, making it a cafe I would love to revisit on a sunny day.
