It features a casual menu centered around pizza and sandwiches, but the store is divided into two floors, allowing for a different atmosphere on each level. The standout feature here is the use of Roman-style dough called pinsa romana. The high-hydration whole wheat dough is fermented for a long time before baking, resulting in a crispy yet light texture. Menu items like Hot BBQ Ranch Pizza, Jambon Butter Sandwich, and BOP Sandwich highlight the rich flavor of the dough. There’s also a selection of glass wines that pair well with the pizzas, and a café operates on the second floor, making it a great spot to linger after a meal. It’s a perfect Yongsan restaurant to visit with family on weekends or when you want to enjoy different lunch and dinner experiences.
Miae Ne Kalguksu 1st Branch

When you order the kalguksu, barley rice is served first, which you can mix with gochujang. You'll also receive radish salad, young radish kimchi, and napa cabbage salad. The basic side dishes enhance your appetite, creating a sense of satisfaction even before your meal begins. The seafood kalguksu here is particularly impressive. It is generously filled with abalone, octopus, mussels, various clams, and Manila clams, and the broth has a refreshing ocean flavor. The seaweed pancake, which contains squid, pairs well with the kalguksu, making it a great spot for a fulfilling meal.

The menu was relatively simple, featuring lattes, vanilla lattes, Americanos, and yuzu tea, and the coffee was reported to taste good. In particular, the vanilla latte had a subtly nutty sweetness, while the yuzu tea was refreshing and perfect for lifting the spirits. The interior has a great vibe, but the space is cozy, making the window seats feel a bit cramped. Nevertheless, the view of the rain outside, the calming music, and the perfect mood for solo drinking or reading made it a place I want to revisit during a leisurely time.

The interior strikes a balance between being casual and tidy, with a comfortable table spacing that makes conversations easy. The staff were friendly, and since they operate both a restaurant and a brunch café, it seemed like a nice spot to continue enjoying drinks or desserts after your meal. The menu is well-rounded, featuring salads, steaks, pasta, and fries, with the house steak and truffle scallop cream pasta being particularly impressive. It's a great place to consider when you want to enjoy a meal and atmosphere at a reasonable price.
