The highlight here is the makguksu made with fresh ingredients and the tender boiled pork. The simple menu, consisting of three items: mulmakguksu (cold buckwheat noodles in broth), bibimmakguksu (spicy mixed buckwheat noodles), and boiled pork, emphasizes the restaurant's expertise. In particular, the makguksu is especially popular in summer, with its chewy buckwheat noodles perfectly complemented by the refreshing broth. Another charm of 'Jumunjin Makguksu' is the boiled pork. Thinly sliced, the pork is tender and free of any unpleasant odors, offering a rich flavor. When enjoyed with side dishes like pickled radish, mustard, and shrimp paste, the taste is elevated even further. Enjoying cold water between bites adds to the experience. On weekends or during the summer peak season, long waiting lines can form, but the quick turnover allows for relatively fast seating. Dongnae Hwangsoya
47736 14-3, Myeongnyun-ro 129beon-gil, Dongnae-gu, Busan"Dongnae Hwangsoya, where you can enjoy beef ribs and pork ribs right in front of Dongnae Station" Dongnae Hwangsoya is easy to find as it is close to the station, and once you step inside, you'll find that there is plenty of seating, making it a comfortable place to dine. Despite being a meat restaurant, the atmosphere is cozy and clean, which made my stay more enjoyable. The tips written on the walls were surprisingly helpful as well. Initially, the basic muk-sabal served opened up my appetite, and the following beef and pork ribs set was impressive. The pork ribs, in particular, were served fresh, offering a unique experience, and when grilled, they were juicy and flavorful. The marinated ribs were also well-balanced, enhancing the meat's natural taste without being overpowering. The accompanying crab soup was also memorable. It was packed with meaty crabs, providing a rich broth that was spicy yet refreshing, pairing well with the meat. It’s a great spot to visit when you want to enjoy beef, pork ribs, and crab soup all at once.
